Hi Unicron, Thanks for the feedback on the plan! Part of the Paid Staff Transition Officer's role is to lead a Paid Staff Needs Assessment, part of which will be identifying new or existing positions that are potentially suitable for paid staff. Volunteers will have an opportunity to help identify these roles, and SP will do our best to ensure this suggestion is highlighted.
