Hi SLWalker, The three key goals on the strategic plan for AO3 are based on feedback from users and volunteers as to what would be the highest priority to focus on during this plan's timeline. That said, it's certainly not the only thing that the AO3 teams work on! We very much appreciate this feedback on the plan, and will definitely take it into account as we begin the research gathering process for the upcoming cycle.
